5th Generation Treament Program


5th Generation Chemical Dependence Program is a North Dakota State License treatment program.
The 5th Generation program is located on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation in Belcourt, North Dakota. 5th Generation Chemical Dependence Program helps those suffering from the ill affects of alcoholism and/or drug addictions. The facility has ten (10) beds, provides twenty-four (24) hour client coverage seven (7) days a week with a counselor on call 24/7.  Services are available to all nationalities 18 years and older who are experiencing problems with chemical abuse or dependence. 5th Generation offers a multilevel treatment approach consisting of seven (7) levels of care: Prevention, Intervention, Outpatient Treatment, Day Treatment, Residential Treatment, Relapse, and Aftercare. The program offers a day of education for family regarding the disease of chemical dependence, individual planning, group,individual counseling as well as referrals to assist the the client on the road to recovery.
